PCIe 4.0 vs PCIe 3.0 GPU Bandwidth Benchmarks at 1080p and 1440p

Testing whether running modern GPUs on PCIe 3.0 motherboard slots causes performance loss. Tested RTX 4060 (x8 lanes) and RTX 4080 Super (x16 lanes) on PCIe 4.0 vs PCIe 3.0 interfaces. Results: On x16 lane GPUs, PCIe 3.0 causes less than 1% FPS loss. On x8 lane GPUs (RTX 4060), PCIe 3.0 causes up to 6% lower 1% low FPS when VRAM limits are approached.
