Proposal: Add User PC Build Showcase Badges and Verified Hardware Tags

Proposing verified build badges and user hardware profile tags under forum usernames. Users could link their completed build profiles to display verified hardware badges (e.g. 'Ryzen 7800X3D Owner' or 'Custom Loop Master') under their forum avatar. This adds great technical authority and community engagement to forum discussions.

Custom hardware specs badges under username would add great credibility to technical discussions!
