Unexplained 90%+ RAM usage leading to stuttering in games is usually caused by Windows memory leaks or background software bloat. Solution Checklist: 1) Disable Background Apps: Disable startup applications in Task Manager (Cortana, OneDrive, iCUE, RGB sync tools). 2) Fix Windows Pagefile Settings: Set your virtual memory pagefile to 'System Managed' on your fastest NVMe SSD. 3) Update Killer Network Drivers: Older Killer LAN network drivers contain a notorious memory leak in the NDU system service. Disable NDU service via Registry Editor (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Ndu -> Start = 4).
